After her sister died, Billie grieved for a long time, though she helped the sisters and she fought demons. One night she met a man and one thing led to another. She would soon figure out what he had been and how to vanquish him, but not until after the damage had been done. She was pregnant. When she gave birth to the twins she vowed to herself that they wouldn't be corrupted.
MATTHEW ------ JENKINS

Out of the Jenkins siblings, Matt is quite possibly the nicer one. The doesn't make him nice, simply better than his sister. In some ways he is a normal nineteen year old boy. He likes girls and sports and junk food. One of his favorite hobbies is annoying young Pandora Halliwell. But there was always that evil side to him which possibly came from his nameless demon father. He and his sister have a destiny far more sinister than that of their mother. Will they live up to their prophesied future, or will they crumble beneath the power of the Halliwells?
ALICE ------ JENKINS
19, witch/demon, Ultimate Power, Chelsea Kane
Powers: pathokinesis, flaming, luring, conjuring, energy blasts, psychokinesis
Alice is psychotic. The fact that she has managed to keep her true nature a secret from everyone is actually quite incredible. She is cruel, cold and manipulative. Alice knows she and her brother have the potential to be incredibly powerful and she pushes them towards that goal, not caring who gets hurt in the process.
THE WILLIAMS FAMILY
The Williams family. A Warlock for a father and a witch for a mother. Their father was incredibly powerful but he wasn't around much and their mother died giving birth to Tom. So, the boys ended up being taken in by a non magical "aunt" a woman who was a friend of their mother. They didn't really like the woman as she was cruel and uncaring. After a while, the brothers realized that because of their powers they could do anything. Conning people became their form of income and they ran away from their aunt's place. Recently, Alice Jenkins approached them, employing them to become a fixture in the Halliwell family life, a distraction. She could have done it easily enough herself as her mother was close to the former charmed ones, but she didn't want to risk she or her brother being detected.
JAMES ---- WILLAIMS
27, Warlock, Luke Evans
Powers: Blinking, agility, illusions, cloning
The Williams brothers are con men. Raised by their human mother, James was the one to educate his brothers, letting them know what they were. Their father was a powerful warlock who passed many of his powers down to them, before dying not long after Tom was born. Not that it made any difference as he was very rarely at home anyway. James is the jokester of the brothers. Though he is protective, he enjoys winding up his brother and he enjoys having fun and women. Or, you know, having fun with women. They didn't have a lot of money growing up so James was the one to start "the family business" realizing the true uses for their abilities. He has taken up a place at Quake to get close to the Halliwells.
THEODORE "THEO" ----- WILLIAMS
26, warlock, James McAvoy
Powers: blinking, agility, conjuring, energy beams
The brooding brother, Theo has one hell of a temper, being by far the most violent out of the three. Probably because she was drawn in by his hostility, it was Theo Alice approached. She wants the Williams to get close to the Halliwells, acting as a distraction. If Alice were caught snooping there would be trouble, so she's using the Williams brothers as pawns in her game. Theo is working at P3, keeping an eye on the Halliwell cousins from that point. He's also supposed to try and cosy up to one PJ Halliwell. Things are going to get messy no doubt.
THOMAS ------- WILLIAMS
25, warlock, Tom Hiddleston
Powers:Blinking, agility, telepathy, luring
Thomas is the youngest brother, and as such he is often told what to do by the other two. Often, they don't listen to him, even though he is a smart young man. He is often tasked with the jobs his brothers don't want, but he simply grits his teeth and bares it. Now, he has enrolled in the University of San Fracisco with faked papers to get closer to the Halliwells.
THE ELEMENTAL DEMONS
The Elemental demons. How can you NOT know about the Elemental demons? Well, pretty easily actually. After the 1666 great fire of London they were imprisoned. It was their doing, naturally, along with many other disasters. Now they're out and ready to play. The Elemental Demons weren't always demons. In fact, it is believed that they were used by the upper powers to create the world. But, slowly they began to corrupt and when one corrupted they all did. They share a telepathic bond which strongly links them together, allowing them to draw on each other's strength. Their powers are only truly advanced when they are all together - collectively, they are at their strongest.
KERZEN | KYLE ZARONI
ageless, air demon, Andrew Garfield
Powers: Advanced aerokinesis, whirling, energy balls, immunity, telepathic link
Kerzen is the leader of the group. None of the others are even sure how that happened, though it probably has to do with his cool, calm, dominant presence. The others are forever fighting and arguing, but often Kerzen could stop the fights, like a parent or an annoyed older brother. He does have a sort of caring (if you could call it that) for the other elemental demons and thinks of them as something like siblings, though he would never admit it. Sometimes he even feels remorseful for what he did to Adtonita, though he believes it had to be done.
ZARAE | ZARA JONES
ageless, fire demon, Katie Cassidy
Powers: Advanced pyrokinesis, flaming, energy balls, immunity, telepathic link
Quite possibly the most hot headed of the six, Zarae fits her ability perfectly. She is the quickest to anger and the harshest of them all. She has no real camaraderie for the other elemental demons, or for anyone really.
SYLAS | SYLAS EDWARDS
ageless, water demon, Matt Barr
Powers: Advanced Aquakinesis, water teleportation, energy balls, immunity, telepathic link
Sylas is the jokester out of the six and the best at fitting in with people. But don't be fooled, his telepathic link to the other means that if one is evil, they all have a pull towards that side and Sylas can be as cruel and uncaring as his siblings, especially when in close proximity to them.
ASTIA | ANNA SMITH
ageless, earth demon, Alexis Bledel
Powers: Advanced Geokinesis, portals, energy balls, immunity, telepathic link
Anna, like Sylas, is caught in this situation. She hates who she becomes when around the other Elementals, but she loves them dearly. So, Anna is on the side of evil. No matter what she may tell herself, when she is with the other elemental demons she can't help it. However, on more than one occasion she has been known to intervene and stop them from going too far.
FILEREL | FINN FORSYTH
ageless, ice demon, Chad Michael Murray
Powers: Advanced Cryokinesis, Sparkling, energy balls, immunity, telepathic link
Evil like the others, Filerel is the only one for whom it is uncertain whether or not he truly is evil. Kerzen, Adtonita and Zarae are soulless, Sylas and Astia are not. He has a temper to rival Zarae, but a conscious that she simply does not posses. Filerel seems to be the most confused of the lot. So, he resorts to drinking. A lot.
ADTONITA | BLITZ MORDER

Adtonita is scary. Sure, Zarae is trigger happy, but Blitz here is utterly insane. She likes to play with people and uses her looks to help get exactly what she wants. She is sadistic. A killer through and through. But it wasn't always that way. She fell in love with a human during their first while on earth. Kerzen dealt with it quickly, killing him before her eyes. Then came a process of cleansing for Blitz that was sadistic and cruel even by demonic standards. She was tortured by two of her "siblings" Kerzen and Zarae. And she broke.
THE TRIAD
BALDOR

Powers: Electrokinesis, telekinesis, fading, remote fading, tactile hypnosis, holograms, optical fire bolts
Baldor is a coldhearted, almost completely soulless womanizer. Not long after the Triad were vanquished, he was chosen by the evil powers that be to become part of the new trio.

Alot has changed since the time of long black cloaks which is illustrated perfectly by this mans love of jeans and tees. He is the silent observer, sometimes chiming in with a witty comment. Unless someone gets on his nerves or seems of use to him he takes little to no interest in them.
CREEOR

Powers: Temporal Statis, telekinesis, telepathy, fading, sensing holograms, optical fire bolts
Creeor likes killing. He likes the violence and the bloodbaths and thinks of human life as nothingness, a game. He has fun with his prey, having a psychotic enjoyment of everything he does.

He was always a selfish, spoiled, moody brat, but becoming the source of all evil has simply made this demon a hundred times worse. Once an average demon, he has just gained the essence of the source. He is evil and uncaring and completely happy to hurt others.
THE PROTECTORS OF THE TRIQUERTA

Sixteen years ago, on the date of the birth of the youngest charmed one, it was prophesied that they wouldn't survive by a Seer on the side of good. She foretold the end of the world as it was known. The power of the charmed ones would be lost forever when the forces of dark united. So, Taran created a group of Warriors to help the Charmed ones. Though they are now older, Taran and the others keep a watchful eye on them, unbeknown to the Halliwells. After all, two of the three are still teenagers and they're all too young to really have their full power.
MORRIGAN

Morrigan: A good seer. She had always been friends with Taran and told him straight away of her prophesy. She actually had quite a crush on the man, though she dare not say anything about it.
CASSANDRA SHEPHERD

Powers: Regeneration, adoptive muscle memory[/color]
Her father was a very human bounty hunter and her mother died in child birth, leaving Miss Shepherd to travel around with her dad. Her abilities manifested early on. Seeing her father shoot, pick locks, she just absorbed it all. Then, when she was sixteen, her father died and her whitelighter, Mister Jonathan Bartlow, a member of the Protection of Triquertra, told Taran about the young woman and asked if they could take her in and train her to be a member. Taran accepted. So Cassandra became a valued part of the team.
KARA
valkyrie, 31, Angelina Jolie
Powers: super strength, apportation, telekinesis, soul absorption[/color]
The Valkyrie selected to help portect the Halliwell line, Kara, named after her mother, is incredibly dedicated to her job and does not see herself as having a life outside of it. She's incredibly dedicated and organized.
Jack Jameson
whitelighter, appears 17, Alex Pettyfer
Powers: Orbing, healing, sensing, cloaking, hovering, glamouring, omnilingualism, immortality[/color]
Jack died and became a whitelighter when he was seventeen. He was a most promising young man and was approached by Taran, early on. Now, he is enrolled at San Francisco high school to protect Pandora, his charge. Lets hope he doesn't get too close, shall we?
